Grace brings a diverse skillset to her work at New Markets Advisors, with experiences spanning financial auditing, operations, and academic research. She has helped several clients across various industries, with key highlights including assisting a transportation company in understanding the electric vehicle landscape through market sizing and identifying high-potential cities for expansion. She also contributed to developing a detailed concept for a novel product idea for a consumer goods company, using extensive quantitative and qualitative data to guide strategic recommendations.
Grace believes in the power of well-supported arguments, ensuring her findings are backed by robust sources that give clients confidence in the recommendations provided. Her focus on data-driven insights and clear reasoning helps clients feel secure in their decision-making process. Passionate about problem-solving, Grace is honored to be trusted with clients’ most pressing challenges and enjoys working closely with them to navigate the path to effective solutions. Before joining New Markets Advisors, Grace worked at a Midwest Hispanic grocery store chain, where she automated day-to-day processes, transitioning from paper systems to Excel, and created weekly profit-and-loss statements to monitor the chain's growth. Grace graduated from Williams College with degrees in Psychology and French, and a concentration in Global Studies. Originally from Mexico and raised in Kansas City, she also studied abroad in Paris. She speaks Spanish and French. |
