At New Markets Advisors, Juan Felipe oversees payroll, accounts, HR, and other administrative duties that keep New Markets' offices running smoothly.
Before stepping into his current leadership role, Juan Felipe served as a Senior Market Research Analyst at Ahzul, where he managed research projects for major clients such as Toyota, Amazon, Wells Fargo, T-Mobile, Univision, and Nestlé. His contributions extended beyond research, playing a key role in the company’s business development strategy. Prior to Ahzul, Juan Felipe was the Growth Director at Honest, where he led fundraising, sales, branding, logistics, and legal operations. He managed a team of ten professionals dedicated to business development and customer satisfaction, driving the company’s expansion efforts. Juan Felipe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from CESA – Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración in Bogotá and a Bachelor of Business Creation and Development from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico City. Fully bilingual and bicultural, he has lived in Seattle, Bogotá, and Mexico City, giving him a global perspective on business and market dynamics. Outside of his professional endeavors, Juan Felipe is a dedicated athlete who trained for and completed a full Ironman Triathlon in 2023, a testament to his discipline, perseverance, and commitment to excellence. |
