Having worked across a wide range of industries including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and the social sector during her time at New Markets, Kayla is a practiced strategy consultant and customer researcher. She has helped companies launch new customer-centric products, create growth strategies, build out product roadmaps, assess and refine their use of resources, and identify opportunities to better serve customers through journey mapping.
Kayla came to New Markets with a background in financial services, consulting, and education. Prior to joining the team, she worked at Novarica, supporting a wide range of insurance technology strategy projects, and publishing research focused on emerging technologies, talent management, and leadership strategies. She also worked as a World Languages faculty member at Tilton School, where she designed curricula for and taught five sections of high school French.
Kayla has a BA in both French and Arabic Studies from Williams College, where she completed her honors thesis in translation. She was also a member of the cross country and track teams.
