First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is the largest privately held bank in the United States and is over 150 years old. To underpin its next century of success—and its ongoing commitment to innovation, FNBO sought guidance on how to structure its innovation efforts for maximum impact.

Tailored an innovation playbook, which included setting strategic goals as well as plans for discovering, testing, and building new ideas
Designed a hands-on innovation training program for bank executives to learn innovation techniques and how to build a culture of innovation in their teams
Impact
Following our partnership, FNBO’s innovation team has impacted teams throughout the organization and has generated multiple new business opportunities. The innovation training program, now in its fourth cycle, has trained over 75 bank executives.
