Stach Jaran

With a background in international business, Stach helps global organizations discover new market opportunities, develop customer-driven products, and craft winning strategies. Now leading New Markets Advisors’ European Office in Lisbon, Portugal, he manages projects both across the United States and internationally. 

Stach is passionate about blending creativity with research and data-driven insights to tackle complex business challenges. This approach to problem-solving has helped him identify unmet customer needs, build go-to-market strategies, and guide long-term innovation efforts for organizations across healthcare, tech, consumer goods, retail, and entertainment. For example, Stach has uncovered key moviegoer occasions and Jobs to be Done to drive post-pandemic recovery and growth for a major US movie theater chain. He’s led concept testing of medical devices with diabetes patients, physicians, and payers, helping a multinational healthcare company define strategies to successfully launch in a new geography. And, most recently, Stach has developed and refined processes, governance, and a portfolio strategy for a global consumer goods company’s open innovation accelerator, focused on bringing self-care and wellness products to market.

Before joining New Markets Advisors, Stach supported global startups in consumer goods and mobility, conducting competitive and customer-centric research to inform market entry strategies. He also led blockchain research in the Web3 space, exploring practical applications for both public and private sector clients.
