Corina Pardo

Since joining New Markets Advisors in 2022, Corina has worked across a diverse range of industries, from widely relatable sectors like consumer-packaged goods and entertainment to more technical fields such as electric vehicles, medical diagnostics, and digital advertising. 

A passionate learner, Corina thrives on immersing herself in clients' industries and organizational cultures while keeping a clear focus on each project's broader strategic goals. She finds the most rewarding part of her work is helping clients gain clarity on market opportunities and strategic direction. She says, “At the start of a project, we often hear that all options are on the table for growth. Guiding clients through their journey and arriving at well-defined product, customer, and execution strategies is incredibly fulfilling.” 

Beyond market strategy, Corina has contributed to product, business, and process development. She enjoys overseeing projects from early ideation to execution—whether that means launching a new physical or digital product, establishing a business function, or preparing an organization for a major transformation. 

Before joining New Markets Advisors, Corina’s career spanned multiple regions, functions, and organizations, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to early-stage start-ups and family ventures. She intentionally sought out these diverse experiences to develop a well-rounded, strategic business perspective. 

Corina began her career in corporate finance at Procter & Gamble and The Home Depot Canada, which led her to become a Category Manager at the world’s largest home improvement retailer. As the leader of a multifunctional team, she successfully managed major brand launches and category transformations while overseeing daily operations and financial objectives. During her time in the appliances category, the retailer doubled its market share, securing the category leader position nationwide. 

Corina is a Certified Management Accountant (Canada) and earned her BBA summa cum laude from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela. She speaks Spanish and French.

On a personal level, Corina is a classic people person, naturally drawn to meaningful connections with friends, colleagues, and clients. She thrives on genuine conversations, sharing stories about food, travel, family, and everything in between. ​
