He has led businesses, brands, and innovation programs across the company, most recently as Vice President/General Manager for the company-wide $3B+ New Business Creation portfolio. His consumer-driven business and innovation experience extends across home, personal, health, and beauty care categories for existing and new brands. As a senior executive advisor, he has experience with Fortune 500 and startups across a broader range of industries from food to automotive lubricants to health insurance to online retail.
His business leadership and innovation track record includes successes in a range of markets, business models, and situations. He is a hands-on builder of businesses, brands, teams, and people that can architect propositions from insight to market. He has significant experience applying Jobs to be Done to help reinvent categories and brands, create disruptive innovations, and drive discontinuous growth. In his work with New Markets, he brings a “practitioner’s view” to help clients activate the Jobs to be Done approach and outcomes across their innovation, brand building, and go-to-market programs.
