OBJECTIVE
iRise was one of the first website visualization software programs to come to market. But as the demand for visualization services grew, so did the number of iRise’s low-end competitors. While iRise ruled the top-end of the industry, it needed to ensure it could continue to grow successfully.
APPROACH
  • Used our Jobs to be Done methods to develop a deep understanding of target users, including their workflows, motivations, and pain points 
  • Developed a strategy for iRise to navigate the disruption by addressing an adjacent area where users were struggling 
  • Advised on options for iRise to credibly enter this new adjacency ​
IMPACT
iRise released a new version of its premier software that combined its core prototyping tools with new agile requirements management features. By centering its strategy on unmet user needs, iRise has distinguished itself from its competitors in a dramatic way, and it is the only website visualization package to offer requirements management tools.
