Felipe studied Chemical Engineer and Business Management at Los Andes University in Bogotá, Colombia, highlighting projects like sustainable biomaterials and strategies for the tannery industry and sustainability consultant service for Colombian water Monde Selection 2018 winners Agua Hontanar.
During his time as Inside Sales at IMCD Colombia, and while achieving his sales budget, Felipe helped to develop the operative and marketing bases for the newly formed food and nutrition business unit. Getting engaged with Salesforce CRM tools, he helped his teammates as a country CRM ambassador. Marketing activities captured his interest and enrolled with Pardot / Account Engagement, later becoming a Certified Marketing Cloud Specialist. His marketing efforts led to US$200K opportunities and relevant commercial relationships with companies like WhyNot and Congrupo. In our oversaturated advertisement society, attention is the resource companies compete for in the arena of marketing. In addition, today consumers behave and decide differently than 5 years before. This new setting fueled Felipe's interest in exploring divergent marketing strategies like growth, dark social, demand generation, AI, and automation to find the sweet communication spot to connect supply and demand.
